Kia-ora everyone, today I will be presenting a presentation of my writing. This story is when I went to Auckland to go to the market in Otara. But this story will explain more so without further or do, start reading.
Otara Market
It was Saturday, the start of my holiday indeed. When the family goes out for a holiday together. In the holidays, we went out to Auckland to go to the Otara Market to spend time with each other. My brother, sisters mum and I went to a place where islanders like Samoans sell things related to there country.
At 9 o’clock in the morning, we departed from our home and realized that the road was very crowded. Then we decided to take the other lane to save time. For about thirty minutes, we were out. But not yet arrived. We tried to quickly go to Otara before the day even ended. After that, we finally arrived at our destination in Otara where the market was.
Afterward, we went to have a look around. But every time we go to markets we often have something to eat, of course. So guess what? We went to have a huge island feed. How delightful! The food was mouthwatering. So we finished up our last piece of nice delicious food then headed off somewhere else. The time goes by and suddenly we see an awesome group of Samoans singing in a quire. It was like birds singing in the sky, but better. It sounded calm and relaxing.
When we finished hearing them, we went out to where the shopping stands were to find things we may want. We saw a lot of things on the stands mostly fruit, vegetables, and food trucks. It looked so awesome. I came around to this stand with cool looking clothes and I suddenly happen to by one. Because it looked that cool, I had to. A few hours go by and we went home. I had a lot of fun at the market.
At last, it has been so amazing spending time with my family. Seeing all the things at the market like mouthwatering food and shopping stands. Also to be seeing the Samoan quire vocalizing like birds singing in the sky. So that day forth, this will be a memory that won't be forgotten. Especially when it’s with family.
