W.A.L.T use right cause and effect sentences.

To be successful we will:

1. Think about an cause (event) and what happens because of it (effect)
2. Use cause and effect connectives such as because of this, as a result, as a consequence and when this happens…
3. Check that full stops are at the end of the idea (remember it will be simple, compound or complex)

E-waste is a huge toxic problem. When other people have gadgets, they become so useless they want to buy a new gadget. For example, when they buy a gadget, suddenly a new gadget has been upgraded and they want to buy the new electronic. The other gadgets are now becoming old fashion. People keep buying the new latest gadget. As a result, they are now wanting new upgraded gadgets. Because of this, there is more and more electronics going to the dump. This causes a global toxic problem.

I think I was successful because the connective I used is as a result and I think I was successful by doing what happens and think about the cause and effect. Also I checked my full stops at the end of my sentences.
