Kia-ora kautou,
for today's task I was asigned to write a letter to friend or family member and tell them about the trip when I went to the trundra.
Down below you will find my piece of writing I wrote to one of my best friends, Heaven. So go ahead and start reading. I hope you enjoy!
Dear, Heaven. It's a lovely day here at the tundra. In fact, more cold than lovely. It is so freezing out here today, I thought this place was going to be warm and cosy but no. I just wanted to catch up on how you were. Anyways, its really windy today also. The mist of the cold is flowing through my tragic body. I know you would be alot more warm there from where you are. I'm jelly. I'll see you soon in the fruture. Kia-ora, Zephaniah!

Good afternoon Zephaniah,
ReplyDeleteI can't believe you have already finished all of the activities from week 1! What an achievement, tino pai! Your letter to Heaven is very well written. I can imagine living in Tautoro, you wouldn't be very used to the cold, especially not how cold the Tundra would be so well done with imagining how it would feel for you. I can imagine your body could get very stiff and frail in the cold, do you agree?
Can you think of any activities you would like to do if you visited the Tundra? I would love to ski and make snow angels. I would have to wrap up very warm for either of those activities though!
Keep up the great work Zephaniah.
Talk soon, Georgia.
Thank you Georgia!
