What could you and your family do to protect the planet?
On your blog tell us three things that you could do to help save the planet.
These are 3 things I would do to help save the planet:
1. I could reuse, reduce, recycle.
2. I could start using reusable bags
for safety reasons.
3. I could be able to reuse more of my
stuff I use all the time.
What my family and I can do to help save the earths enviornment is by making a change to using reusable things instead of the dam old rubbish that could kill marine/wildlife animals.

ReplyDeleteWell done for completing another quality blog post. Yes! To ensure we have a sustainable future we need to be thinking about what we can do ourselves to reduce waste. This can be done by buying less items, or buying quality items that will last a while. Yes re using your stuff is an awesome idea, as you are less likely to buy more items.
You have got three excellent quality reasons here Zephaniah. That is awesome that your family is taking an environmental leap in the right direction by using reusable things! Last year my new year's resolution was to limit my use of plastic. You don’t realise how many things we buy, that are either made of plastic or are wrapped in plastic. I started buying bamboo toothbrushes, craft bags and not using plastic straws if I got offered one at restaurants while I was out.
I really appreciate these reasons and I have taken these on board for my own knowledge!

ReplyDeleteMy name is Hinerangi, I am currently commenting as I've completed each and everyone one of the tasks listed on the SLJ site. I go to Pt England School which is located in East Auckland this I year I will be a year 8 student which is exciting. This blog post has really inspired me to do these sort of things like, reuse, reduce and recycle. Your post not only sounds but looks so recommended to anyone and everyone who is reading this, what an awesome post. Reuse, reduce, recycle is such an easy way, and my opinion to everyone is to start doing this because it can help our animals and of course our oceans, lakes and rivers to no longer be polluted. I hope we all start doing this, don't you think? What's some other great tips you know about how we could save our planet? Overall excellent work, good on you. Keep up the awesome work Zephaniah.
