What Kind Of Tips Do You Have For When You Are Stressed Out?

On this activity, i'll be talking to you about some tips of mines that I will use if i'm stressed out.

Tips:

I would count to 10 to calm myself down

Talk to somebody that will help you

Avoid caffeine, alcoholic, and nicotine.

Try relaxation techniques

Keep a stress diary

Take controll

Manage your time

Learn to say "NO!"

And rest/ calm down

    These are some awesome tips for when you are stressed! I think managing your time is my favourite, especially because I really need to learn how to do that! I always seem to be running late for everything.

    Which tip do you find the most helpful for you when you're stressed?


    I'm not going to be online to comment as regularly over the next 10 days as I'm taking a little holiday with my friends and family, but I will try and check up as often as I can.
