You must of read a lot about him. I would love to meet this Pearson because he sounds so nice and caring. Would you like to meet him? Maybe you could Show a picture of Boyan Slat next time if you wanted to. Other than that amazing blog.

  2. Hi Zeph, it's Kohl-lee again. Yes! Boyan slat is doing everyone a huge favor. We need to start caring about the animals. It is so sad when you see animals dying. Like Turtles, Sea Lions and all the small little fish. We need to start caring about animals. Bornean orangutan, Pika, Giant otter, next will be humans. Those animals are almost being extinct. So we should start caring about other things in the world instead of ourselves. Well blog you later.

    Nga mihi,
    Kohl-lee

  3. Kia ora Zephaniah,

How are you today? I hope you've had a nice week! Do you have anything fun planned for the weekend? I'm heading to the beach for a couple of days!

I love the way you've presented this activity, Zephaniah. The colours you've used work really well together, and I really like the images you've included!

I agree, Boyan Slat is an incredible changemaker, and such a great choice for this activity. You've done a great job of explaining what he does, and why he makes such a difference.

I went on a cruise in the Bay of Islands recently and we saw dolphins, a sunfish and a little penguin! It was incredible seeing them in the wild, and I think it is so important that we do our best to protect them.

What do you do to try reduce your plastic use? I bought a keepcup which I take to cafes for my coffee :)

    Have a great day!

    Ngā mihi,
    Tayla
